Sparkling wine with a straw yellow color and slightly golden reflections. The aroma is fruity and floral, smooth and balanced in the mouth.

Recommended pairing: aperitif wine, poultry, cheese of medium seasoning, pasta dishes. Service temperature 7/9°.

IN CELLAR

Vinification: manual harvesting and soft pressing in low temperature in environment saturated with nitrogen. Fermentation with natural yeast in steel tanks for 20 days and in controlled temperature and refermentation with charmat method in autoclave.
