Great, firm, durable
Ruby red color with a high structure with purple reflections. The aroma is intense with cherry notes and in some tobacco notes. The palate is dry, warm and intense and round.

Recommended pairing: red meat, game, seasoned cheeses and dark chocolate. Service temperature 16/18°.

IN CELLAR

Vinification: manual harvesting in small boxes and the grapes are dried for more than one month. The vinification is in steel tank in controlled temperature and after the fermentation the wine is aging in tonneaux barrels for at least 12 months and 6 in bottle to complete the aging time.
