Cabernet Sauvignon of Cantina Loda with a ruby red color and violet reflections. The aroma reminds all red fruits and spicy notes and the palate is round and dry, with grass notes and tannic.

Vinification: manual harvesting and de-stemming fermentation in controlled temperature for at least 20 days in steel tanks in contact skin. Delicate and frequently pumping over are made to not damage the skins in maceration. At the end of the fermentation the must with the skin is soft pressed to give structure and complexity.
